ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently looking for an experienced SERVICE COORDINATOR to join our team at our TEESWATER operation. This will be a full-time position. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for:

  • Interfacing with customers for service-related inquiries
  • Monitoring, managing, prioritizing, and scheduling the following tasks in an efficient manner
  • equipment installations
  • annual maintenance
  • emergency service calls
  • regulatory inspections (gas-check / comprehensive)
  • Maintaining customer account information
  • Registering customers for warranty coverage
  • Completing purchase orders for incoming equipment, tanks and materials
  • Maintaining inventory levels as required
  • Completing other office administration duties as required
Responsibilities
