MEPPI’s Service Center Division (SCD) is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. In this essential role, you will manage and coordinate service activities—from scheduling and documentation to technician support and invoicing. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive best-in-class support throughout the service lifecycle.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years in customer service, sales support, or service coordination—ideally within a service-related industry.
