POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily service delivery operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor and Sr. Account Manager, this role act as the central communication point between the sales and operations teams. Responsible for dispatching driving teams, managing service schedules, coordinating equipment and repairs, and supporting new and ongoing programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and brings an operational mindset focused on creating efficiencies and delivering excellent service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education in logistics, operations, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a coordination or dispatch role within logistics, operations, or service delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and digital, across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Comfortable using logistics software and digital tools (e.g., Trux, tablets, scheduling systems).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with both management and field staff.
