Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Service Coordinator provides support to service personnel by coordinating service requests and all necessary documentation required including quotes, work orders, purchase orders, timecards and tracking. They secure equipment and coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.

The Service Coordinator reports directly to the Service Operations ManagerPrimary Responsibilities:

  • Receive and coordinate service requests
  • Prepare quotes based on technician problem reports
  • Create work orders, purchase orders, and secure equipment when job has been approved, track materials until ready for pick up
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
  • Update filters list, order monthly filters, and receive filter invoices
  • Coordinate sub-trades and deliveries with dispatch
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Follow up with unapproved quotes
  • Track correspondence with suppliers and customers and provide follow up with
  • Create new service contract proposals, contracts, and invoicing of contract
  • Timecard entry for Service & Retrofit employee
