Our Service Team provides a full range of plumbing and HVAC services. Whether it’s an emergency repair or preventative, ongoing maintenance, we are here to help. We are looking for a Service Coordinator who will provide operations support to this growing team.
The Service Operations team is responsible for ensuring outstanding delivery of Auburn Mechanical services to internal and external customers by communicating effectively, paying attention to details, juggling competing priorities, and being an all-around excellent team player. The Service Coordinator, Operations Support role provides support across the Service team to allow each Coordinator to focus on their roles. While this position’s primary role is operational support, it will also coordinate with other team members to ensure quality delivery of service.
This position’s schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm with an hour for lunch. This position also participates in the department’s on-call schedule and is 100% in-office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Customer Care

  • Serves as second in line to answer incoming requests from internal and external customers on a daily basis.
  • Covers the Customer Care Coordinator’s lunch, breaks, and time off.
  • Creates work orders in accordance with Auburn Mechanical and customer protocols.
  • Researches and resolves customer issues related to work in progress.

Inside Sales Support

  • Provides back up and support to Primary Inside Sales by generating proposals as needed to ensure timely response to clients.
  • Releases quotes to work orders, orders required material.

Materials Management Support

  • Provides back up and support to the Primary Materials/Warehouse Coordinator by ordering materials for maintenance on a monthly basis.
  • Checks in parts and notifies appropriate team members as needed.
  • Backs up Service payroll.
  • Backs up Field Connect purchase orders.

Other

  • Supports and develops a positive team environment to promote our culture and delivers value to internal and external customers.
  • Participates in the on-call rotation schedule.
