As part of the PlanET vision for North America, we are looking for the Service Coordinator reporting to the Maintenace Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Biogas or agricultural knowledge preferred, but not required.
· Knowledge of construction project management.
· Experience coordinating construction projects.
· Performs other duties as required. Must have a valid drivers license and have the ability to work in Canada and the United States.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours a day.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Coordinate all aspects of service activities, including scheduling, communication, and coordination of all service work and parts.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Manage service requests and ensure that they are prioritized appropriately.
· Submit service quotes to customers, place purchase orders and invoice the customer once the parts have been delivered.
· Learn and manage the related software.
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner, answering queries and providing support as necessary.
· Assist in the review and tracking of client invoices and accounts payable.
· Receive and process all service requests from clients.
· Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to schedule service appointments.
· Work with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed work.
· Maintain training records and learner data.
· Manage the logistics of training events, including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements.
· Assist in the preparation of training materials and presentations.
· Coordinate with instructors and trainers to ensure course materials are up-to-date and accurate.
