Description

ReapAir Compressor Services is looking for a Service Coordinator for a one-year contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
This position reports directly to the Service Manager. The Service Coordinator leads technicians and ensures, in conjunction with the Service manager, an efficient customer focused profitable department.
The Service Coordinator must also ensure, jointly with the Service Manager, good communication between all service team members and maintain good working relationship with customers.

The Service Coordinator responsibilities are :

  • Dispatch and schedule service technicians to service and maintenance calls according to priority/type of work required and location of job site
  • Answering customer telephone calls, questions, managing expectations
  • Contact clients in order to provide complete information to service technicians
  • Assist technicians when required in locating and ordering parts/equipment
  • Assist technicians so that they have all the necessary information and materials;
  • Create work orders and parts requisition and invoicing
  • Constant communication with service department members to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Work together with other departments to ensure the smooth running of activities
  • Any other related task that allows the service department to function properly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years’ experience in service coordinator or in a similar role
  • Ability to learn new computer software;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Knowledge of Prophet21 and Salesforce Field Service software is an asset;
  • Knowledge of industrial mechanics is an asset.
