Position Overview As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by scheduling appointments for warranty and non-warranty service work. You’ll support the Service Department while collaborating closely with Operations and Production teams. This position is essential to the customer’s ongoing home improvement journey and directly contributes to department and company success.
