POSITION OVERVIEW

Successful Candidate must currently reside in the Moncton New Brunswick or surrounding area.
Coordinate service technicians as per customers requests, create WO and maintain manpower schedule. Work to be coordinated with multiple internal project managers. Quote small service work.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to take on training and learn new skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with a data entry system preferred
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational and conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent follow-up and execution skills
  • Must be Bilingual (English/French)
    Please note, duties are not limited to above, they can and will fluctuate to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. This Position is full time with health benefits and pension.

Responsibilities
  • Take calls for service & repairs on a wide range of products including hinges, automatic door operators, door hardware, locks, etc.
  • Manage the day-to-day work flow for the service department and direct the service technicians’ schedules and responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the relationships of new and existing customers
  • Oversee and direct the service technicians to ensure that an explanation of the work to be performed and work finished is provided including a complete description of operating functions, safety systems, operator controls and proper customer maintenance
