We’re looking for experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane to support and lead our team. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role. What you’ll be doing As a Service Coordinator, you will: Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX as required Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis Responsible to be active with the Caterpillar Production Systems Service Operation Development and Assessment (SODA) Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations Collaborate and work closely with the Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters.
