Clark Equipment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Service Coordinator.
Working out of our Smithfield Branch the key focus of the role is crucial in aligning our technical resources with our customer requirements.
The Service Coordinator is the conduit between customers and technical services and plays an integral part in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring they receive timely technical support, and smoothly planned maintenance works.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively and act as primary liaison with the Service, Parts and Sales departments.
  • Arrange estimates or quotes for repairs
  • Arrange required equipment and parts for job completions.
  • Monitor and track and minimise work in progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction
  • Ensure our field service employees comply with all WHS responsibilities, and that above all, a safety-first culture is a consistent behaviour within the team
  • Arrange site access for technicians, including coordinating required inductions, mobilisation, and training.
