• MTS Harlow Business Park
• £25,000pa to £27,000pa depending on experience + excellent benefits
• 37.5hr pw Mon - Friday 08.30 - 17.00

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate day-to-day administration for external service contracts
• Manage documentation including delivery notes, forms, and compliance paperwork
• Operate the workshop help desk – logging calls, routing requests, and tracking progress
• Create and process orders, requisitions, and delivery notes
• Liaise with suppliers and third parties, chasing repairs and requesting credit notes when necessary
• Maintain accurate records using eQuip and CMMS databases
• Support internal teams with spare part orders and service report checks
• Take minutes at team meetings and support with KPI monitoring
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times

What You Bring:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
• Strong IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confidence in managing workload, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
