SERVICE COORDINATOR

Looking for an organised and self-motivated Service Coordinator urgently who will be responsible for managing service activities. The Service Coordinator’s role will include working closely with the Sales & Operations teams.
You should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, worked in a similar position and proficient in Customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and dicipline, Engineers in Mechanical /Electrical/Automobile can apply.
  • 3 - 5 years in handling the administration activities and duties of a service coordinator or in a similar position in the UAE.
  • Having experience in the service Industry and handling Annual Maintenance contracts will have an advantage.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications and in Online systems
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, Problem Solving skills, etc.
  • Experience in telesales will be an added advantage.
  • Service advisors can also apply.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, coordinating with customers, vendors, suppliers, clients .
  • Preparing service schedules, tracking of service performed, procuring parts.
  • Preparing quotations, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, Proforma invoices and system update.
  • Maintaining service files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the service operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Managing technicians and their requirements.
  • Performing other relevant duties.
