Role Responsibilities The Service Coordinator assists with operational tasks in Oracle, including creating subscriptions, sales agreements, opportunities, and managing service request workflows. The role requires diligent monitoring, updating required fields, and ensuring correct transfer of charges to SO creation. You will also manage daily approval cycle status updates and coordinate with approvers. This role suits someone efficient, structured, and reliable in handling repetitive and detail focused tasks. Work closely with the Country Business Manager, service managers, and Account managers on forecasting, revenue and ongoing customer Business related activities End-to-End Order fulfillment from Opportunity to Quote to Customer Purchase order up to Delivery and cash collection escalations Sales Orders Backlog follow up, work closely with HQ team to align customer requirements, supply dates and shipping plan Work closely with the Service engineers, manage service call fulfillment, Safety stock follow up and re-ordering from HQ Manage Customer returns of faulty parts to HQ for repair (RMA) Work closely with the HQ Global Service Business Operations teams for monthly/ quarterly revenue closing, customer forecast and communicate risks Requirements +2 years of experience (prefer: Samsung, SKhynix) as Service coordinator in a global multi-disciplinary company BA / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Management or equivalent Fluent English – Speaking, Reading, Writing Ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow and complete tasks with a high level of organization, responsibility, and efficiency, ability to provide excellent performance under pressure Strong analytic skills Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, tables, dashboards) Strong communication and coordination skills Good command of Microsoft Office tools Experience with Oracle (advantage but not required; can be trained) Get to know us better: Nova (NASDAQ: NVMI) is a global company and a leading provider of innovative metrology solutions for process control in semiconductor manufacturing.
