Responsibilities
  • Triaging service requests via HubSpot and phone (mostly email, some calls)
  • Scheduling internal technicians and external contractors
  • Monitoring job status and updating systems like Trello, HubSpot, and CYA
  • Troubleshooting basic espresso machine issues over the phone (we’ll guide you)
  • Managing asset records and supporting the processing of purchase orders and invoices
  • Owning the Service inbox and being our first-line support for machine-related queries
  • Partnering with teams across Sales, Tech, Inventory, and Warehousing for Tobys
