TRUCK TECH is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join our Fleet Services team in Dandenong.
This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong coordination skills, and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Manage and maintain service bookings across a variety of clients and fleet sizes
• Coordinate repairs, prioritising urgent issues and minimising vehicle downtime
• Create and finalise job cards, quotes, and invoices
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless workflow
• Maintain compliance documentation aligned with NHVR and company requirements
• Support a positive safety culture by attending toolbox meetings and WHS sessions
• Report on outstanding work and rebooking schedules to keep the team on track
