Description

With an ever expanding team we are looking to add an energetic and motivated Service Coordinator to work in our regional HQ in Dubai.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in a service coordination, customer support, or scheduling role, preferably in a manufacturing or foodservice equipment industry;
  • Fluent English;
  • Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance for customers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, parts orders, and work orders.
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and provide technical support when necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track service performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
