Description

As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through outbound calling activities and intelligent diary planning for our engineering team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospects, effectively articulating the value of our products/services, and persuading them to engage with our company.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills by consistently meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Utilizing high energy and enthusiasm to engage prospects.
  • Strategically planning the diary of our Service Team, considering geographical factors, client preferences, and operational efficiency.
  • Optimizing scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize travel time, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • We’re looking for experience & confidence in outbound calling / planning / coordination roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively persuade prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to intelligently plan and prioritise tasks.
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for driving results and achieving success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in diary planning or scheduling is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
