ABOUT THE ROLE: We are currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to work in our South West Regional Office located in Ballarat. Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our Service Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time. Experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential. Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the correct employee is assigned to provide the required service to the client at the appropriate time.
