Responsibilities: Evaluate service delivery, including conducting file reviews and coordinating quality assurance efforts. Provide leadership, oversight, and technical assistance to staff. Complete employee orientation, conduct and monitor training. Provides confidential administrative support for the Service Director and recommends appropriate responses to ensure compliance with established goals, policies, and practices. Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office. Prepare reports, applications, and supporting documentation as requested by the supervisor within timelines established by that supervisor. Review Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports in order to assure goals are met on a continuous basis and provide feedback to the Service Director. Provide assistance in recruitment and interviewing assigned service staff. Completes all assigned training and professional development sessions. Excited to join our organization?AWARE service coordinators earn $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year, DOE/DEQ. Requirements Talents, skills, and abilities: A BS/BA Degree is required in the Human Services field, Education, Business Administration, or related field and three years of direct employment experience.
