Accountabilites  Communicate regularly with customers to gather information related to technical issues; Troubleshoot and repair electrical/air components used on cranes; Perform preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and proper working order of cranes ; Review technical inquiries of customers to recommend possible solutions related to the operation or maintenance; Answer service calls; Perform cold calling to attract new customers Being Proactive & proposing good technical solution to increase customer equipment durability, Reliability, productivity & safety Maintain Inventory Education & experience Electromechanical Engineering Technician program or equivalent degree; Electrical Licence such as 442A, Journeyman Electrician or Red seal; Excellent mechanical and electrical skills; At least 3 years of related work experience; Driver license G Welding experience, an asset   Skills & Abilities Ability to solve technical problems Ability to communicate issue to customers Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions High degree of initiative and flexibility Ability to work variable hours, overtime and/or "on call" as needed Ability to work autonomously & within a team environment at all times.   *Candidate must be authorized to work in Canada*
Responsibilities
