• Tea Artistry Concept
• Prepare and serve a variety of premium tea-based beverages and light refreshments
• Provide personalized customer service, sharing knowledge about tea blends and brewing techniques
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the service counter, tea equipment, and seating areas
• Maintain daily inventory of tea, ingredients, and supplies
• Support team in opening/closing duties and daily operations
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a warm and professional manner
• Work with the outlet team to uphold the artistic brand image and service quality

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience as an F&B Service Crew is required.
• Able to start work immediately.
