• Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented service area.
• Assist with table settings, reservations, and guest turnover.
• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and operations team to ensure seamless service
• Actively upsell promotions and signature menu items to elevate the guest experience
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
