Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage services to our guests, ensuring positive and memorable interactions.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with supervisors or managers to assist when needed.
  • Keep guests informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience.
  • Support the outlet team in ensuring smooth daily operations, contributing to a harmonious work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming guidelines.
  • Prepare beverage orders delivering delicious drinks to our guests.
  • Accurately take and input customer orders into the point-of-sale system.
  • Showcase food products in the glass display and assist customers in selecting and packing their choices.
  • Supporting the bakery team where necessary.
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned by your supervisor or management, fostering a supportive team environment.
