JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus but not mandatory

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist guests in ordering and provide recommendations on menu items
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Process customer payments accurately and handle POS systems
• Assist in setting up tables and preparing the dining area before service
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in accordance with restaurant policies
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
