Service Deli Supervisor – New World Wanaka We are seeking a motivated and passionate foodie who has experience leading a team and is looking for their next challenge. Responsibilities will include: Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered Managing and supervising team members Food planning, preparation, production and presentation Food Safety and Health & Safety Assisting with ordering stock and liaising with suppliers Supporting the seafood team To be a good fit for this role you will be able to: Supervise and manage a busy and diverse team Effectively communicate with a diverse range of people Be competent using computer programs – SAP experience is ideal Assist with the management of food safety and health and safety Have a proven background in food production and cooking, as we make an extensive range of in-house products. The shifts for this role are Sunday to Thursday 12.45pm to 9.15pm.
