A. PRIMARY Purpose (Why does this job exists) Knowledge & experience Sap for Raising PR and billing request B. primary DUTIES: Maintain Material delivery tracking and proactive update & Monitor spare parts availability Coordinate with service team, including installations, repairs, maintenance and PPM timely submission of PM and service reports for billing Communicate with clients to understand service needs and expectations on timely Maintain accurate service records and documentation Track inventory and ensure delivery the material as per schedule Collaborate with internal departments to streamline service delivery Tracking invoices submission to customer and Outstanding Payment follow up with customer and internal team Monitoring of PPM schedule and coordinate to with service engineers complete as per schedule & update customer Prepare BOQ as per service engineers input and updating in system Track service requests, coordinate with internal team and ensure timely resolution & timely update to customer with closure timeline Track the service jobs invoice generation, material delivery and get the acknowledgment Track the materials and arrange to delivery customer place & coordinate with engineers for work completion C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience B.Tech , Diploma Degree 2–5 years of experience in service coordination or customer support Knowledge system communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good communication and Presentation Skills Knowledge of MS-Office Skill to manage the team of Engineers /Technicians Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
