REQUIREMENTS GATHERING & ANALYSIS:

  • Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document GRC requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Archer GRC.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for GRC processes.
Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Staff Archer Business Consultant will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with project team to interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, support the configuration the Archer platform, and optimize workflows for risk management, compliance, and security operations related to the Archer platform, product capabilities.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Risk, or Compliance domains.
  • Prior experience with Archer GRC platform implementation is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles required
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Industry Certifications, including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master, are also preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulately explain technical information.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all critical technical decisions during project delivery.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $54,900 to $111,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $65,900 to $127,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
