Responsibilities:

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will also be responsible for:

  • Liaising with client engineers to plan standard and complex drilling operations.
  • Prepare and lead Integrated Pre-Well Planning Meetings with drilling operations personnel
  • Contributing to drafting well and section specific detailed operating procedures, ensuring a risk-based approach to performance, best practices and equipment limitations
  • Attending risk meetings with clients’ engineers, operations personnel, internal engineers and third parties.
  • Collaborating with multi-product line discipline engineers (e.g., fluids, cementing, completions).
  • Ensuring timely scheduling and delivery of equipment to and from offshore installations.
  • Ensuring third party rentals are utilised in an efficient and cost-conscience manner.
  • Forecasting long-term needs for bottom hole assembly components based on client drilling plans.
  • Reviewing well trajectories with well planners to find operationally feasible well paths which deliver on client subsurface targets and collision avoidance requirements.
  • Following up routinely with onshore well placement engineers and offshore directional drillers on progression
  • Forecasting expected revenue from planner drilling operations.
  • Generating pre-invoices based on planned drilling operations, following up invoicing and end of month financial accruals.
  • Collaborating with Reliability team on service delivery incident investigations and preparing incident investigation summaries.
  • Participate in continuous improvement tasks and actively propose solutions to internal and client challenges

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate a track record in Drilling Services –in a field or onshore based role e.g. Onshore or Remote Operations, Application Engineer, Technical Support, Well Planning
  • Have experience of drilling holistically or by association with Directional Drilling, LWD, MWD, Surface Logging
  • Have been a Service Delivery Co-ordinator in an aligned discipline e.g. fishing
  • Must have a drive for knowledge sharing and an interest in finance.
  • Have initiative and a proactive approach to identifying upsell opportunities
  • Be highly organised with finely tuned planning skills
  • Work well under pressure with high attention to detail
  • Have good customer facing skills
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems
