Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an organised and proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to support the
smooth running of our services across multiple sites. This role is central to ensuring day-to-day
operations run efficiently, from coordinating staff schedules and maintaining key systems to
supporting compliance and onboarding. You will act as the first point of contact for operational
queries, assist with data reporting and audits, and provide direct support to senior leadership
whilst ensuring consistent service delivery to GP surgeries, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and
other partner organisations. The role also involves improving processes, maintaining accurate
records, and occasionally deputising for the Head of Business and Operations.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, bringing order to busy
environments, and supporting healthcare teams behind the scenes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Ensuring smooth service delivery and running of day-to-day operations.
  • Troubleshooting operational and technical issues as they arise, with support from the

senior team.

  • Coordinating schedules and arranging cover for pharmacists across multiple sites.
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving operational documents, templates, and

processes.

  • Improving shared systems (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, databases) and

maintaining version control.

  • Providing direct operational support to the Managing Director and Head of Business and

Operations.

  • Acting as first contact for operational queries from staff and clients.
  • Collating monthly performance data and preparing draft reports.
  • Supporting compliance with NHS and contractual requirements (e.g., DBS checks,

mandatory training, data protection).

  • Maintaining accurate and accessible staff records.
  • Supporting onboarding for new staff and new client sites.
  • Assisting with service delivery projects and audits.
  • Deputising for the Head of Business and Operations in defined operational areas when

required.
