Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support a newly acquired, high-profile national logistics portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the early stages and help shape processes, structure, and service delivery approaches. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role within a small, high-performing team, coordinating maintenance activities, managing systems and workflows, and supporting compliant, efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing high volumes of work. You are someone who stays focused, embraces complex tasks, and is confident navigating systems while balancing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage maintenance requests, work orders, and service delivery activities  * Maintain and update CMMS systems, ensuring accurate asset registers and job tracking  * Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheduling and compliance activities  * Monitor job progress, follow up on outstanding works, and provide stakeholder updates  * Assist with subcontractor coordination, documentation, and compliance requirements  * Support reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives  * Contribute to safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all activities  Education, Experience & Skills Essential: * Experience in facilities management, property, or a high-volume service delivery environment  * Strong systems capability, including experience with CMMS or similar platforms  * High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)  * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities  * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex information  * Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach  Desirable: * Exposure to logistics, industrial, or large-scale operational environments  * Experience with subcontractor coordination and compliance processes  * Understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, purchase orders, and budgeting  Workplace Flexibility This role is based in a CBD office location in either Melbourne or Adelaide, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
