Description:

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support, manage, track and coordinate the delivery of new and existing Penetration Testing contracts. You will work directly with customers (by phone and email) and our internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Penetration Testing) to arrange the delivery of work.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience working in a technical environment is essential.
  • Previous customer service experience is essential (ideally in a B2B environment).
  • Experience managing and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
  • Data entry experience would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience using Monday.com is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a sales administration role is desirable.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimise the resourcing schedule to meet business targets using resource scheduling tools.
  • Continuously improve the cost-effectiveness of schedules to minimise resource costs and maximise efficiency.
  • Ensure learnings are shared to optimise schedules on an ongoing basis.
  • Schedule a mix of job types using our CRM and your own best practice.
  • Liaise with customers via phone, email and MS Teams as appropriate.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to deadlines and requirements.
  • Attend and/or facilitate meetings where agreed and present on progress, ensuring that all actions are logged and followed up as required.
  • Engage with customers to discuss and agree on the delivery of their outstanding penetration testing projects.
  • Escalate contracts to finance and/or legal where we’re unable to reach a solution and track the progress of these escalations.
  • Keep an accurate record of all contracts under your management via monday.com.
  • Perform any other appropriate job duties in line with the associated skill and experience of the post holder
