SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATOR | FULL TIME - PERMANENT | WELLINGTON

  • $29.30 per hour paid fortnightly
  • Tuesday to Friday 6am - 3.30pm and Saturday 6am - 10.30am

    As a Service Delivery Coordinator, based in our Super Depot in Carmel Terrace, you’re critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer’s mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.
Responsibilities
  • Daily interaction with delivery partners, additional/ relief drivers, customer service, operational and processing staff
  • Monitor and improve compliance within the contracted courier fleet
  • Assist with customer queries
  • Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and finding solutions
  • Undertake key administration tasks
