Description Socket is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to coordinate the delivery and execution of timely and successful installation of services. This role will work heavily with customers, the sales team, and network operations to ensure that the customer’s expectations towards the actualization of services are met. This is an in-office position. What We offer: 401k matching Medical benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits Free fiber services if available in your area Primary responsibilities: Set customers’ expectations and establish timelines in regard to milestones and installation of services Provides firm order commitments on each order for customers to manage interval progress Implementation of the appropriate provisioning plans Manage relationships with vendors Manages escalations against vendors when dates are in jeopardy Tracks orders and provide status to staff and outside vendors/carriers Manages data integrity with regards to vendor information Regular reliable attendance Qualifications: Strong managerial, leadership, and technical skills Experience in order management Customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Being able to meet deadlines and strategize when changes occur Pro-active and very responsive to customer needs Excellent written and verbal communication Able to present information and respond to questions Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions and percentages Desirable Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-5 years related experience Or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in Order Management Self-Motivation Willingness to assume ownership Ready to grow your career and make a real impact?
