The primary function is to monitor and supervise the service delivery involving the broadband / telecommunications technology – such as Data Centre, Server Centre, Network Infrastructure, monitoring etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, IT related and/or Business Operations field.
  • Ideally with 6 years of working experience in Service Delivery management, experience in Telecommunications, System / Technology Integrator environment.
  • Technology knowledge in Networking such as WAN / LAN, TCP / IP, Broadband services, IOT, ICT solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing various stakeholders and third-party contractors.
  • Good verbal and able communicate with various stakeholders and colleagues for guidance and consultation.
  • Strong in preparing management reports, updates, detailed-oriented and very meticulous.

Responsibilities
  • Will focus on managing the delivery of projects to the client in a timely manner.
  • Engage with various stakeholders (eg: contractors, resources, suppliers, vendors) to monitor the delivery of need equipment and/or service.
  • Handle reports such as billing, costing, progress report and perform presentation to management.
  • Engage with day-to-day delivery activities, handle escalations and provide resolutions whenever there are delays or obstacles.
