QUALIFICATIONS:

Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET).
More than 3 years up to five years job-related experience.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  1. Possess or working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) qualifications and/ or an understanding of basic construction principles or equivalent experience.
  2. Three to five years of project management work experience.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and strong customer-oriented skills.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask several projects including competing deadlines.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills to mitigate and manage project risks.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  8. Ability to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications, and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  9. Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes.
  10. Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders.
  11. Good working knowledge of industry best practices as well as the ability to continuously innovate in order to optimize project delivery and deliver value to the client.
  12. Computer proficiency with recognized database, e-mail and word processing applications in particular along with the ability to quickly learn new applications.
