Dans le cadre d’un programme PLM stratégique, nous recherchons un(e) Service Delivery Manager IT senior pour piloter les opérations IT et garantir la stabilité, la performance et la qualité de service du socle applicatif 3DEXPERIENCE. Vos missions Piloter le MCO/MCS des environnements PLM Gérer incidents, changements et situations de crise Superviser les performances et capacités de la plateforme Coordonner les équipes techniques (DBA, Admin 3DX, DevSecOps, architecte) Être l’interface entre équipes RUN / BUILD / DESIGN, infogérant et éditeur Produire les dossiers d’exploitation et la documentation RUN Profil recherché Bac+4/5 – 6 à 10 ans d’expérience minimum Expertise en gestion de services IT infrastructure Solide culture architecture OS / Middleware / Applicatif Expérience sur le PLM 3DEXPERIENCE appréciée Lieu Châtillon (92), 3 jours sur site / semaine

Responsibilities

Lead IT operations to ensure the stability, performance, and quality of the 3DEXPERIENCE application core. Coordinate technical teams and act as the primary interface between RUN, BUILD, DESIGN teams, the service provider, and the editor.
