NGA PŪKENGA MATUA | IMPORTANT SKILLS

We are looking for a team member who has:

• Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience leading and supervising cleaning delivery contracts across multiple sites in a geographically dispersed region.
• Commercial experience encompassing financial management, client relationship management and people leadership i.e., Supervisors and Cleaners.
• Trade or service line-based qualifications are preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Focus on customer service and delivery of quality outcomes.
• Strong financial and P&L experience
• NZ full drivers license

The Service Delivery Manager – Cleaning provides leadership, business management, personnel management, safety leadership and drive for commercial results for all cleaning contracts within a defined area of operations.
Primary accountability for all day-today operational cleaning and related services across a defined region while ensuring all KPI’s are achieved in full and on time.
Understand and grow the specialised cleaning sector of the business through new business, training and development and reducing subcontractor requirements.
