Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily interactions with customer representatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for technical and economic optimization or post-market potentials.
  • Serve as the key interface between the customer and internal service units.
  • Document and describe services, conduct reviews, and provide detailed reporting.
  • Oversee and shape complaint handling and management processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the profitability of assigned maintenance contracts.
  • Monitor and manage the sales and margin performance of the relevant maintenance contracts.
