What you’ll work across (our services) Professional Services – Enablement (fixed‑price projects) Managed Services – Security & CMMC Compliance for Microsoft cloud and on‑premises systems Microsoft GCC High Licensing (secure onboarding & lifecycle operations) Complementary Partner Services (co‑delivered with strategic partners) Job Description Own delivery of fixed‑price cybersecurity enablement from scoping to acceptance. Lead PMs/engineers, enforce SOW quality and control mappings, manage risk/change, and ensure projects land on‑time/on‑budget with audit‑ready evidence and a crisp handoff to MSP operations. Responsibilities Plan & execute: Drive schedules, resources, and quality for identity, endpoint, data protection, threat, landing zones, and migrations. Quality gates: Enforce SOW clarity, acceptance criteria, HLD/LLD reviews, and CMMC L2 control mappings in build docs/runbooks. Evidence & compliance: Standardize evidence packages; contribute to SSP/POA&M inputs with GRC partners. Risk & change: Maintain RAID logs; manage change orders; protect project margin. Handoffs: Transition to MSP with runbooks/SLAs/monitors; complete readiness/acceptance checklists. Automation & standardization: Promote PowerShell, Bicep/Terraform, Logic Apps, and n8n/Rewst for repeatable, faster delivery. Success Metrics (6–12 months) On‑time/on‑budget ≥ 90%; project margin at/above plan. Rework < 5% of hours; clean acceptance with documented evidence. Time‑to‑audit‑ready reduced vs baseline CSAT ≥ 4.5/5. ≥ 33% attach from enablement to managed services within 90 days. Qualifications Required Qualifications 5–7+ years leading security/cloud projects in an MSP/SI or enterprise. Working knowledge of Azure, M365, and Azure Gov / Microsoft GCC High differences/constraints. Ability to map CMMC L2/NIST 800‑171 controls to Microsoft implementations and document them. Familiarity with automation (PowerShell, Bicep/Terraform, Logic Apps; n8n/Rewst a plus). Strong project governance (risk/change), stakeholder management, and SOW discipline. Education: College degree preferred, not required. Nice to Have Former engineering background (Entra/Intune/Defender/Sentinel/Purview). PMP/Prince2; SC‑100/AZ‑500/SC‑200 helpful. Experience with PSA project accounting and milestone billing.
