Act as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads supporting Salesforce CRM, banking, digital, and technology transformation initiatives
Lead Agile delivery across Salesforce CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, and transformation workstreams
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
Work closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Product Managers, Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, QA Engineers, and integration teams
