For my top client, I am looking for a Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) to start in mid-September for the provision of IT logistics services, for an exciting hybrid project:

Key data:

• Contract duration: As soon as possible/mid-September for 1 year + option to extend
• Location: Bonn (2-3 days for onboarding, then approx. 1-2 days per month) / Remote 90%
• Occupancy: Full-time
• Project language: German

Must-Have-Skills/Themen:

• Experience as a Service Delivery Manager for Managed Service Projects (IT Logistics)
• University degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields:
  • Business informatics
  • Computer science
  • Electrical and Information Technology
  • Electrical engineering
  • or equivalent qualification.
• Experience & Certification:
  • At least 5 years of experience in ITIL-based service management.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification (or higher) or equivalent certification
