DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of experience in professional and/or managed services delivery, technical consulting, or solution delivery.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams and customer engagements.
  • Strong track record of direct customer engagement and executive-level communication.
  • Experience owning SOW creation, scoping, and project financials.
  • Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • o Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • o Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
  • o Zero Trust principles
  • o Data Security / Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
  • Strong program and project management skills with a history of on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Experience leading clients through discovery and scoping of security programs; sharing best practices and leading teams through requirements gathering processes.
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
  • Desire to contribute to a growing team and provide leadership both up and down the organizational structure.
  • Willingness to take initiative and provide leadership in shifting environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Start-up based experience a plus.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service Delivery Leadership and Engagement Management
  • Manage the operations of the professional and managed services delivery organization
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of engagements across multiple customers.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, project execution, and transition to steady-state operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer delivery concerns.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand objectives, align services, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain a focus on customer success, satisfaction, and retention by proactively managing relationships.
  • Lead technical delivery of complex engagements, providing hands-on guidance where required.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables in accordance with Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Ensure engagements are executed on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.
  • Own and oversee SOW creation, approvals, and change management.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and leadership to scope, price, and structure engagements.
  • Track and report on utilization, revenue, and profitability for professional services delivery.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the technical delivery teams (consultants, engineers, architects).
  • Ensure delivery resources are aligned, skilled, and empowered to execute effectively.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Delivery
  • Work as part of a high-end consulting team to deliver product and domain expertise in security domains (IAM, ZTNA, data security, AI, etc.)
  • Participate in the technical architecture, design, and delivery of professional and managed services.
  • Lead efforts to gather business and technical requirements from the customer.
  • Ensure that the technical solution meets the customer requirements and performs as per design.
  • Create customer delivery documentation such as implementation and configuration documents, test plans, and runbooks.
  • Work closely with project manager to deliver tasks on time, within budget and with high quality.
  • Share best practices with team members to contribute to enhance the Loom Security Services offerings.
  • Become the trusted partner for clients by providing input across the cybersecurity spectrum and making recommendations on best steps forward.
