- Completed IT training, a similar technical vocational qualification, or a comparable qualification

- Experience with remote support, managing service desks, and using ticketing systems

- Ideally, experience with contracts for work and services, as well as service and operating manuals

- Practical experience in various operational situations and in acting as an interface to customers and contractual partners

- Ideally, knowledge in the areas of procurement, warehousing, installation, disposal, on-site user support, resource management, adherence to service levels, Windows and Mac systems, service desk, and network management

- Experience with established service concepts and processes.
