ABOUT THE ROLE Join Downer’s Telco & Networks Services team in delivering essential telecommunications infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Perth office in Western Australia, to support our growing program of work. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, all while exceeding client expectations. You will serve as a key escalation point, managing both field and office-based teams, coordinating with construction partners, and driving performance in safety, quality, and service delivery outcomes. Some of the key responsibilities include: * Lead and manage service delivery teams to achieve program, cost and quality targets. * Develop and maintain delivery programs, ensuring effective planning and execution. * Act as an escalation point for complex delivery issues and site challenges. * Oversee reporting, forecasting, claims and contract administration activities. * Drive Zero Harm culture and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. ABOUT YOU You are a confident and hands-on delivery leader with experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure projects. You possess strong field knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while driving high-performance outcomes in a fast-paced environment. * Experience managing telecommunications or network infrastructure delivery. * Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management capability. * Solid understanding of fibre networks and customer premises delivery. * Excellent planning, reporting and problem-solving skills. * Strong leadership with a commitment to safety, quality and performance.
