About the Role: As our Service Delivery Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless delivery of AV services to our valued clients. You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians and engineers, manage service contracts, and ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.

• Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery across key client accounts.
• Oversee AV service operations including installations, maintenance, and support.
• Lead and mentor a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding results.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from delivery to support.
