As a Service Delivery Manager, you oversee and manage the delivery of critical security services, including for example Identity & Access Management (IAM), Managed Detection & response (MDR) and Awareness platforms. You will deliver and help to build our security services and play an important role for our BizTech teams and by making our organization safeprotecting our organization against cyber attacks. You will work closely with Business Owners, Domain and Solution Architect, Domain Portfolio Manager, IT Delivery teams, other Service Delivery Managers, IT Development & Operations and suppliers. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will work with IT ownersBizTech teams who are the primary point of contact for the business within the IT organization for the delivery of IT services. You will deliver and mature existing security services. You will develop and implement new security services. You ensure that security services comply with project requirements and will be delivered accordingly. You will manage suppliers and related contracts including SLA’s for outsourced services. You are the single point of contact for security incidents and E2E responsible for managing and mitigating incidents in collaboration with partners delivering security services.
