Description
Service Delivery Manager TCR has a brand-new, exciting opportunity available in our Sydney Office: Service Delivery Manager! The Opportunity TCR Group is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions that keep airports running smoothly worldwide. With over 1,800 employees across 200+ airports, we provide mission-critical rental, leasing, and maintenance services that airlines and handlers rely on every day. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will own the service delivery, performance, and operational outcomes of a large, geographically dispersed regional GSE fleet. You’ll act as the primary interface between the airline customer, internal teams and subcontracted service providers, ensuring safe, reliable and contract-compliant service delivery. You’ll oversee maintenance services across 70+ regional ports, managing a fleet of 700+ GSE assets, with a strong focus on operational control, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. This role involves regular travel across the network. A snapshot of what you will be doing here: Lead the end-to-end delivery of regional GSE maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring safety, performance and contract compliance. Manage multi-site service delivery, working closely with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain consistent quality and operational control. Act as the primary interface between the airline customer and TCR, managing communication, performance reviews and escalations. Review fleet performance and maintenance data to identify trends, risks and continuous improvement opportunities. Drive structured planning, reporting, and follow-up to ensure services remain on track and aligned with contractual commitments. Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and fleet performance through structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. Conduct subcontractor performance and quality audits in line with agreed audit programs and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause investigations, and cost optimisation. Work closely with operations and finance teams to deliver reliable services and minimise impacts on aircraft on-time performance. Who we're looking for: Clear, confident communicator able to work effectively across technical, operational and senior stakeholders. Proven experience in service delivery, operations, or contract management within aviation, transport logistics, fleet management, maintenance or a similar asset-intensive environment. Strong operational understanding of maintenance service delivery and multi-site models. Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven B2B customer experience. Highly detail-oriented, with strong planning, reporting and organisational capability. Confident managing escalations in complex operational environments. Data-driven, with strong cost and performance awareness. Willingness to travel regularly as part of a regional role. Why you'll love working with us: You’ll work at our Sydney Office close to the action, decisions, and leadership. No fluff, no red tape. Just freedom to lead and make real impact in a fast-paced, results-driven environment You’ll join a smart, grounded team that moves fast and backs each other. No egos just results. We show up because the energy’s real. Great conversations, fast decisions, and plenty of fun thanks to regular team BBQs, social events, and moments that bring the whole crew together. Our Health & Happiness Days give you extra time off each year because life outside work matters too. One team, 30+ countries, shared goals. Work that fits life, not the other way around. And most of all: we live our values: integrity, open-mindedness, accountability, and passion. Every day. Your ticket to impact We encourage candidates to apply even if they don't meet every requirement listed.
