Responsibilities:

As the Service Delivery Manager, you are the conduit between operational teams, key stakeholders, vendors & service delivery teams to drive operational excellence across all of gaming technology, including all phases of the ITIL service life cycle, to ensure SLAs are met and key Service Delivery priorities are of focus.
With a clear focus on data, you will provide meaningful metrics to enhance and uplift Gaming’s service offering. Your focus will be collaborating with key stakeholders and contributing to the end-to-end delivery of Gaming’s strategic objectives with the opportunity to add value where and how you see fit.
