·        Lead a 14-person operations team, balancing workloads, coaching colleagues and monitoring service KPIs and SLAs to support consistent delivery.

·        Develop transition plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies and operational controls; coordinate stakeholders and address risks during work absorption.

·        Review operational data, quality audits and client escalations; introduce process improvements and provide timely performance reporting to support service decisions.
